REFUND POLICY
Bookings made via the PAUS. website
Bookings are non-refundable but are transferable. This means that if you are unable to attend any of the booked activities we will reschedule your session subject to availability. Alternatively, you can be refunded in the form of a gift voucher.

All requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the booking starts. The gift voucher will be issued via email to the original booking email address, please allow up to 5 working days from date of cancellation to be issued a voucher.
We regret that we will be unable to issue a voucher for your session if you cancel less than 48 hours before your visit. Please note that no exceptions are possible under any circumstances, including medical reasons and various family situations. This policy is in place to ensure the protection of our staff and the sustainability of our business. Therefore, we recommend having a contingency plan in place, such as transferring your ticket to a friend or family member.

Bookings made via external partners
The refund policy for specific workshops, retreats or events is at the discretion of each provider. We will be working closely with our partners to ensure that tickets can be rescheduled, exchanged or postponed so you can book with confidence.
